Tree TOUR
Select trees at Newton Cemetery & Arboretum are highlighted on this tour. You can also listen to the Cemetery arborist describe the unique characteristics of each tree.
Please note, the trees on our tour are being updated with new labels that contain the tour number, common and latin names. As the project progresses the numbers on the trees may not align with the map, but the new labels will indicate the tree species. When the project is complete, a new on-line and printable map will be available. Thank you to Newton Conservators for supporting this project through a grant awarded to the Friends of Newton Cemetery to purchase the materials.
